Veg. Cheese Corn Frankie

Hey friends its Friday, and that means weekends here, again 🙂

What are your plans for the weekend? Relaxing spa, cleaning home or something else..? Whatever it maybe don’t forget to relax and spend time with your family & friends, do something fun!

Toady am going to share my favorite recipe of FRANKIE, i remember having fun time eating this with my college friends after the college & requesting Anna {the cook at the frankie stall} for extra cheese on the frankie….aww i so enjoyed those times 🙂 ^^’ 😀

Do you have any such food memories of eating with your friends?? Let me know about it please 🙂

FRANKIE

Let’s start with the cooking….

INGREDIENTS:

  • POTATO 2-3
  • CORN
  • SALT
  • GARAM MASALA
  • RED CHILLI POWDER
  • MAIDA ROTI {I got my roti form the store which was pre-cooked, you can even use chapati made at home}
  • GREEN CHATNI
  • FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS
  • BUTTER

METHOD:

  1. Boil the corn kernel and potatoes, then mash the potatoes. In a deep frying pan put oil and let it heat.
  2. When the oils hot add half the mashed potatoes, red chili powder and garam masala and salt [Add more chili powder if you want it to be spicy] Mix the ingredients in the pan and saute it on medium heat then switch off the gas stove after 5 minutes.WP_20150531_001
  3. Now add the remaining potatoes and mix it again. Now make medium rolls of the stuffing.WP_20150531_016
  4. Now heat a tawa {i.e. gridle} and cook the rolls with butter till they turn golden brown and place it aside.
  5. After that place the roti on the same tawa and cook using butter or oil till both sides turn brown.
  6. Now, place the  cooked roti on a dish, spread some green chatni, onions and grated cheese one after the other on the roti. Place the potato rolls on the side of the roti, put some tomato sauce on the roll and roll the roti.WP_20150531_013

And here we have the frankie ready to eat. 🙂

Tip: spread the schezwan sauce if you want to have schezwan farnkie.

day 2

I personally think when we are in our troubled times we ask God for it to end soon when instead we could ask is for strength to fight it and light to guide us on a right track during this difficult times 🙂

Every day has a night so does our life have good and bad times.

So next time when you think all’s going wrong simply just take a deep breath and pray to God for the strength and guidance, and you surely will succeed soon 🙂

Puzzle puzzle……Let’s play!

Hey friends, how are you? Having a tough day? Hmm…

rough day quote

I hope this helps you all 🙂

Today I came across a puzzle book {I’ll mention the name at the end of the puzzles}, it may sound boring but these puzzles are somewhat mind boggling and funny. I had fun time solving them, and for the record i could guess only 3 answers out of 5 😛 but will surely improve the next time 😀

So let’s get started with our first puzzle my friend,

You have to place numbers 1 to 6 within the smaller circles shown below in the picture such that the sum of the four numbers that fall on circle’s circumference is equal to the sum of all numbers on any other circle’s circumference. And each number must be used only once.puzzle1

Go ahead a give it a try….and let me know what your answers in the comment section below & do let me know what you think about these edits i did 😀 ^^’  🙂

I’l post the right answers on my next post

Bye…have a great day 🙂
